Refund Policy
1. Our Approach to Refunds
Khalsa Immigration Solutions Limited is committed to fairness, transparency, and professionalism. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available and should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions.
2. Non-Refundable Costs
The following costs are not refundable under any circumstances: – Home Office application fees – Fees paid to third parties or disbursements – Fees for work already completed – Fees where an application has already been submitted
3. If You Decide to Withdraw
If you choose to withdraw your instructions: – We will calculate the cost of work completed at £50 per hour – Any remaining balance may be refunded if applicable – No refund is due where the work completed equals or exceeds the amount paid.
4. Refusals and Unsuccessful Outcomes
Immigration outcomes are outside our control. A refusal, delay, or negative decision does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider a partial refund where: – We are unable to continue due to regulatory restrictions – No substantive work has been undertaken – There has been a clear and proven failure in service
Any refund will be proportionate to the work completed.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days using the original payment method wherever possible.
7. Disputes and Complaints
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may raise a complaint using our Complaints Procedure. If the matter remains unresolved, you may refer it to the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA).
